Our Journey to Hope
We all have the potential to have our hope challenged by life events, or we know someone whose hope is currently being challenged.
I invite you to explore this critical topic with us and please, share this with others. Our goal is to strengthen our own hope while helping others discover, sustain, or regain hope.

Our Journey to Hope
Episode 98 - A Conversation With Julie Harris-Fain, Fellow Cancer Survivor and Volunteer
It is common to see volunteers serving at hospitals, clinics, cancer centers, and other such medical providers. These volunteers often share the commonality of having received excellent care. It creates in us a sense of wanting to help others who are going through similar treatment. We have a strong sense of wanting to pay back and pay forward.
In this episode I interview Julie Harris-Fain. Julie is a cancer survivor and now volunteers so she can help others in their journey to hope. I encourage you to listen to this sweet servant and hear the confidence and calmness she expresses. Also listen to how her faith grew as happens to so many of us.
Julie mentions several agencies and organizations that are out there to help folks in their journey. One is the American Cancer Society Cares. Their web site is: https://www.cancer.org/support-programs-and-services/acs-cares.html
Another wonderful agency in our local Montgomery, Alabama area is the Women of Hope. Their web site is: http://www.thewomenofhope.com/
We mention these because we want folks to know that you are not alone...ever. Reach out to others as you journey to hope.
