Most of us don’t think about the need for funeral services until there is a death of someone.  We also may not see a connection between a funeral service and hope.  It is counter-intuitive to put death and hope together.  Yet those who serve during the end of life activities, including funeral service directors do impact hope in survivors.  They help form a foundation upon which others move on into the future of their life.

I invite you to listen to the conversation I have with my guest, Beth Johnson, a licensed funeral director as we discuss this critical service at a time when hope is challenged.

Beth is the manager of Rideout’s Prattville Chapel.  You can contact her by phone at:  334-365-5982 or visit online at:  https://dignitymemorial.com.   The Ridout’s – Brown – Service Prattville Chapel is located at 347 East Main Street, Prattville, AL.

I encourage you to purchase a copy of the book, “Journey to Hope”. In it I explore hope from a variety of perspectives. I also look at examples from scripture of men and women that journeyed from hopeless to hopeful through their interaction with our Lord.
